NOTICE TO BIDDERS
SALE OF ONE (1) 1970 AMC BRUSH TRUCK

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by the Board of Fire Commissioners of the Wading River Fire District, 1503 North Country Road, Wading River, New York, until 5:30 P.M., time then in effect, on January 8, 2024. The bids will be publicly opened and read by the said Board of Fire Commissioners at 5:30 P.M. on January 8, 2024 for the Sale of a 1970 AMC Brush Truck. Bidders should contact Greg Michalakopoulos, District Manager, Wading River Fire District at (631) 929-3753, Ext. 101 to schedule an appointment to inspect the vehicle.

            All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “BID PROPOSAL, WADING RIVER FIRE DISTRICT – SALE OF 1970 AMC BRUSH TRUCK”.

Sale will be made to the highest responsible bidder for said automobile.  Minimum bid offer is Five Thousand ($5,000.00) Dollars.  Terms are cash, with balance to be paid within one (1) week of award of bid.

The Board of Fire Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or to waive informalities, as the interests of the Fire District may require.
