NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION
SUBJECT TO PERMISSIVE REFERENDUM
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Board of Fire Commissioners of the Wading River Fire District, in the Towns of Riverhead and Brookhaven, Suffolk County, New York, at a meeting thereof, held on the 13th day of January 2025 duly adopted, subject to permissive referendum, a Resolution, an abstract of which is as follows:
The Resolution authorizes the purchase of a Chiefs vehicle, for a total cost of $110,000.00, and the expenditure of a sum not to exceed $110,000.00 from monies now in the Equipment Capital Reserve Fund of the Wading River Fire District heretofore established for equipment.
